A code that opens the memorial in a tap
At a service, people want to find the memorial without typing a long web address. Cherished Book gives you a QR code you can print on the order of service or a keepsake card, so anyone with a phone can reach the page in a moment.
Print it where people will see it
Every memorial has its own QR code, generated for you. Print it on the order of service, a memorial card, a noticeboard at the wake, or a thank-you note sent afterwards. Guests point a phone at it and the memorial opens, ready for them to read, light a candle, or add a memory of their own.
It is a small thing that removes a real barrier. Older guests in particular find a code far easier than copying out a web address by hand.
Where families use the code
- On the printed order of service, so guests can contribute during or after the service.
- On keepsake cards handed out at the gathering.
- On a thank-you note, inviting people to add a memory in their own time.
- On a noticeboard or display at the wake or reception.
Questions about the QR code
Does the QR code cost anything?
No. The QR code is generated for free with every memorial.
Can I print it at any size?
Yes. The code can be saved and printed at the size you need for a card or an order of service.
Is there a physical plaque or headstone code?
Not at the moment. Our code is for printing on cards and service sheets. If you need a physical engraved gravestone plaque, some other platforms offer that, and we say so on our comparison pages.
